Seeking Applications for NURAP Steering Committee

We are seeking motivated members of the NU research community who are interested in becoming a leader in research administration at Northwestern University to join our steering committee or to join a subcommittee as an ad hoc member.
The steering committee is NURAP’s decision making body.  It meets every quarter with meeting locations alternating between the Evanston and Chicago campuses. Ad hoc members assist a subcommittee with its mission and projects, and they are not required to be a part of the steering committee meetings.
Prospective members are asked to obtain permission from their supervisors to participate in committee meetings and to assist with other NURAP events.  Members are invited to serve two year terms.

Selection:  New members will be selected by the current steering committee.  We wish to maintain a panel having optimized diversity of experience, departmental affiliations and roles in research administration.
If you have questions about the subcommittee you’re welcome to ask any of the subcommittee leaders.

Subcommittees & Leaders:
Continuing Education – Aaron DeLee (EV), Chris Moores (EV), Brittany Patrick (CH) or Brent Bell (CH)
Communications & Outreach – Tamirah Gore (EV)
Membership – Susan Hall-Perdomo (EV), Michelle Suran (EV), or Amanda McCrary (CH)
Programming – Maura Cleffi (EV), Maria Galent (EV), or Elzbieta Klapczynsha (EV)
